Potluck social with an update from the leadership on the progress of WiSolve. Attendees were current and future consultants who heard about the strategic partnerships and client relationships built by the leadership team. Informal career talk by CMB alumni Lily Wong. Lily transitioned directly from her Ph.D. to an Analyst position at Kaiser Permanente. After three short months she was promoted to an Executive Consultant in strategic program design and implementation.

July 2016 Meeting – SBIR Grants Workshop
Todd Strother, PhD is a senior technology consultant at the Center for Technology Commercialization. He is experienced in product development and product management both in budding firms and in industry. Currently, he works with entrepreneurs to aide commercialization and to secure them federal funding through the SBIR/STTR programs.

Phil Greenwood is a senior lecturer for the Weinert Center of Entrepreneurship, as well as the Wisconsin Entrepreneurial Bootcamp (WEB) and the Masters in Biotechnology Program. As a CPA, Phil also advises companies on strategic planning, finance, and accounting.
